Prices for A&E Frozen Boutique?

I made reservations for DD before it was officially open, and I read the article on it on the Disney Blog, but I haven't seen prices posted anywhere. Has anyone been and has a price list? My guess is that it's similar to BBB (about $50), but I just want to work on our budget. She is doing the hair/nails/makeup, she already has an Elsa dress.
