Priceline rental car price ?????

I was wondering what the best rate someone has gotten on priceline for a minivan or SUV? Did you wait until you were close to leaving or were you able to get it weeks before?
Thank you for the help! I am going to try priceline for our trip in Feb. and wanted some pointers!

I used this site when bidding on a room near Universal for 3 nights and ended up getting the Radisson Universal for $25 a night!
