I know that if you have a bid rejected, you cannot rebid unless you add a star level, or a bidding area, otherwise you have to wait 72 hours. This is my first time using priceling, and my question is, if I tried from my home PC, and then tried from my computer at work, will I fool the system, or does it pull the rebid time from the personal data I enter?

Above poster is correct, I think we have all tried that one (funny how we all think alike). I would go back and rebid in a zone that doesn't have anything in the star level your bidding on. My initial bids were rejected even though I was within range (WDW resort levels) and started bidding at $60, then up to $65 then up to $70 and rejected but kept adding in different zones (no resort levels) and final got accepted at $72. Keep trying. If your leaving really soon on vacation you may want to try Hotwire. Generally I find that rooms are sold for $10 to $20 more per night but if you don't want to wait around, then you may think it is worth it as your still getting a discounted room. Check out the betterbidding.com site if you want to bid on Hotwire.

For a resort hotel in Orlando you have more than enough "free rebids". Add a zone that doesn't offer resorts and you can rebid and still be sure have getting a resort in the zone you want.

If your spouse has his own credit card and e-mail address he can bid after you stop bidding. You may need to use another computer or clear your cookies.

check out the hotel FAQ on biddingfortravel.com, it explains free bids quite well
