I saw a website that provides some info regarding Priceline.
I can't seem to find it again.
It gave a report on what prices were accepted and where the hotel is

are the only ones on disney property. You can get a few at downtown disney. Swan and Dolphin are not owned by disney, they do not come up very often on priceline. The Hilton, Wyndamn, and Gaylord Palms, and MOWC and SWan & Dolphin are the only Resort hotels at this time.
