Has anyone ever done this? If you have, how did it work out. I know all the possible flights they could choose, so that's not part of my problem. I was just wondering if anyone had any luck with this type of purchase.

I've used it for car rentals with great success. Never have used it for rooms or flights.

I would not use it for flights unless you are OK with long connections, the last flight in and the first flight out.

Thanks Robin. We are considering driving back one way if flights don't go down, but would really prefer to fly.
