Priceline Hotels in October

Hi, i am thinking of using price line for our late october holiday. If you have used Priceline for your October stay can you please tell me how much you bidded and what hotel you got?

I have been on biddingfortravel.com but there are so many postings there!

I really don't think there is any pattern by month in what comes up on priceline. I do notice though that the closer to the dates you get, sometimes the better the deals.

Hi - We usually go in October and use PL. It depends on what level you want. We always go with a 3* and for the past three years I've gotten the Renaissance World Gate for $35 a night. I see where the Sheraton Safari is the one coming up the most now. I've never stayed there by the reviews are good. Maybe someone who's stayed in a 4* or Resort can answer the question about those levels.

We have paid from 65-80 in October for 4 stars. We have stayed at several, all good!
