We are going to WDW for three days before our DCL vacation. Since we plan to spend the bulk of our money on the cruise, we are looking to stay at a nice hotel for a decent price. HAve never used Priceline before, but am willing to try it. We really don't want to spend more than $85 a night and have heard you can get swan/dolpin for around that? Have looked to stay offsite at Buena Vista Suites ($85/night) and Radisson - Parkway/Maingate($63.00).

We are going 12/3 - 12/6. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The Swan/Dolphin only seem to come up in spurts on Priceline and you dont know when it will show up..I wouldnt count on getting one of those..

Yes, I just logged onto that site. I am going to read up on everything. Thanks for the link.

I used bidding for travel for my March trip. I got Courtyard DD for $29. It was just perfect for that trip. Just watch the site to see what comes up. Also travelocity.com has reviews for lots of hotels.

I used Priceline for our trip in Dec. Bid for a 3 star hotel and received the Hotel Royal Plaza for $40. I wish you well if you use priceline. Expedia and Orbitz also had some good prices as well.

Thanks everyone. I am going to take my time getting to know the biddingfortravel site. It is kind of confusing, so I don't want to jump in blind. $29 sounds great! Was that the Marriot Courtyard Downtown Disney hotel?

How far in advance did you get the ressie? Should I do it now or later? Thanks :)
