Priceless Question

How can Priceless give a code and National accept it, and then not include the concession fee in the quote? Will National add the charge on at check-out? Isn't this a little shady? I thought I read somewhere that Priceless VAcations has an agreement with National to not charge the concession fee. Anyone know anything about this? Also, my quote charges me $2 for frequent flyer miles. However, I have no designated frequent flyer club on my EC contract, so I thought that National states if no club is listed, no charge will appear. It's only $2, but still!...I'm going to be really peeved if Natn'l adds on that concession charge!
