How much are points now? We are considering a teeny, weeny add on.....

For a "teeny, weeny" add-on, you'll probably go to the resale market rather than Disney (unless you want SSR). The Resort section of this website shows you the kinds of properties and point costs available right now. Costs are ranging around the low 70's for resale and (depending on whether or not you want to give up your first year's points) in the low 80's for SSR. Other DVC properties bought through Disney rather than resale are going for $84 right now, and generally involve a waiting list.

Add-ons thru DVC can get the MB incentive if they are 100 or more points. Contracts smaller than that will be $84 per point. (Disney financing is available for 50 or more points.)

Otherwise, as noted, a resale may be worth looking at- but remember to figure all costs (closing, maintenance) to compare.
