I know this probably depends on where you live, but how much do you pay for bonding to make teeth bigger? This is not just a small amount of bonding for chip or crack in the tooth.

DD15 is getting this done b/c she has 4 front teeth that are really small. The peds dentist will charge us $250 a tooth.

Bonding or veneers? Probably will want to do veneers once she is older, they are more expensive but don't stain or chip like a composite fil does. In our area the fee for bonding (white composite filling) the entire tooth would run around $175 each. The fees really vary according to the area you live.

Yes, it is bonding. She will get veneers when she is older if she wants.

Due to some medicine I had as a baby which has discolored all of my teeth I have bonding on the front 6 teeth. I'm on my 3rd round now and each round has lasted just under 10 years. Last time I didn't pay, I bartered. The time before, back in 1994, it was $200 per tooth.

I'm sure you all will be warned but let me tell you from experience, once she gets them done she needs to stay away from dark colored drinks. No soda, no tea, etc. It will discolor the bonding fast and they will turn yellow sooner than natural.

I had the same thing you did. I had my front teeth bonded in the mid 80's then veneered in the late 80's when the bonding popped off while I was away in college. :scared1:

I just had my veneers redone 2 years ago. For the new veneers it was ~$900/tooth and I was surprised when my insurance paid 50%.

OP-- bonding shouldn't be to bad expensive. If you can swing it do it for your DD. It will make a world of difference to her. I know if did for me.
