Tim at DVCNews posted the following price increase clarification on June 19th...

Effective July 1, 2010, the following price adjustments will occur:

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa up to $95 per point (currently $90)

Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas up to $120 per point (currently $112)

Also, a third increase is scheduled two weeks later on July 15, 2010:

The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel up to $120 per point (currently $112)

Points at the Grand Californian are rumored to be more than 80% sold at this stage with several Use Years running short of points. It is unknown what impact these price increases will have on incentive programs. In order to secure the lower price, buyers must contact a Disney Vacation Club Guide prior to the date of the increase to provide a down payment via credit card.

I would be shocked if Aulani wasn't $120/point.

Add about 5-10 on top of that 120..................got that info from a hot dog vendor out side of the "CELL"..............I wear cubbie blue. See U at the X-town this weekend
