price for MK balloon , cash only?

What is current price to buy a balloon on Main street from cart vendor? Specifically the clear round balloon with the colored Mickey Mouse head inside?

Does cart vendor accept cash only? Or can you pay by credit card or magic band (if linked to credit card)?

I'm sure someone can chime in with more updated/accurate info, but if I remember correctly (it's been a couple years since we last bought a balloon) they were about $8 and the CM has a device that can scan MB, a card, or Apple Pay.

I want to say 10, but can't remember exactly but I know I never have cash and wasn't able to pay with my credit card.

There is an answer on the Moms Panel that says they are between $10 and $15 depending on if they light up or not, and that the vendors take cash only. This answer is from 2013, however, and predates the MB. As I said, it's been a while since we've purchased a balloon, but we typically don't carry cash in the parks, so I want to say that they were able to scan the MB. Again, others may have more up to date info.

I believe it was $12 last year, so unless it increased between then and now I'd still say under $15

Last year, the classic MK balloon enclosed in a round balloon costed 12$, cash only, in DHS.

Last October on Main Street we bought a Mickey balloon, $12, and it was cash only, no credit cards or magic bands

I don't know the current price of the balloons but we saw people paying for them with credit cards at the cart where they do silhouettes on Main Street while we were there last month. They paid and got a receipt and then carried the receipt over to the balloon vendor.

We promised our kids balloons too and do not carry cash. So wanted to be prepared.
