Price discrepancies; online vs on the phone

Have you ever found a difference between the online quote and phone quote? If so, did Disney honor the cheaper quote?

In this I am talking $400. The Disney site's price is $400 cheaper for the exact same package that I booked over the phone at 1407WDisney.

insurance and the taxes maybe...I know I had to click all the way through like I was actually going to make the purchase to get the final price. But if you did all that, I would think they would have to honor the lower price, just make sure it it the same type of room and same type of park passes and same amount of time. I did it right online when I was on the phone and clicked right with him to make sure. Heather
