Previous cruises taken are missing on website after upgrade?

The place where you used to be able to click for previous cruises isn't connected. Hopefully, they'll get it back up and running.

The link isn't there now. Hopefully it's something that will be fixed soon.

You used to be able to click on the logo showing how many cruises you've taken and it would take you to a page with the specifics (date, ship, room number).

I sent a "contact us" to DCL asking about when it would be fixed, and got the standard "thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you within 10 days" That's different, it used to be within 24 hours.

When I log into the Castaway Club, and scroll down a bit it looks like this:


You used to be able to click on the center logo to see your past cruises, it doesn't do that now.

Well, here's DCL's response to my March 9th email (only took 5 days):

We have made our partners aware of this issue since the new system update was completed. We apologize for any concern or frustration this has caused. We are working to resolve this however we do not have an ETA at this time. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work on this.

I think it depends on who answers, since DCL itself is probably not doing the upgrade, but another arm of DIS Corp.

I'm just glad they're saying it's coming back. I like being able to see the cruises I've done and the rooms I've been in! Luckily I had take a screenshot of that not long ago.

Well, in checking the Castaway Club page, after logging in, that section showing the 3 options (Membership/Cruises/Benefits) wasn't there now.
