Previous cruises taken are missing on website after upgrade?

Am I missing something here since the website went down because I can't seem to find my previous cruises.

The place where you used to be able to click for previous cruises isn't connected. Hopefully, they'll get it back up and running.

disclaimer is at the top of the page, I'm thinking they just did whatever the big change was and then put the site back up with not everything actually working.
 

I am kind of sad I lost my old stateroom numbers. I might have them somewhere. I'll have to double-check if I have them somewhere.

You used to be able to click on the logo showing how many cruises you've taken and it would take you to a page with the specifics (date, ship, room number).

I sent a "contact us" to DCL asking about when it would be fixed, and got the standard "thanks for contacting us. We'll get back to you within 10 days" That's different, it used to be within 24 hours.

I tried that. If you click on the link they sent it shows cruises that go to Castaway Cay. See below.

When I log into the Castaway Club, and scroll down a bit it looks like this:

You used to be able to click on the center logo to see your past cruises, it doesn't do that now.

Well, here's DCL's response to my March 9th email (only took 5 days):

Thanks. That was more than I received. I wonder if "partners" mean it's being out sourced to an outside IT company.
 
Just got another email saying past sailings might not show for another 2 weeks.

I'm just glad they're saying it's coming back. I like being able to see the cruises I've done and the rooms I've been in! Luckily I had take a screenshot of that not long ago.
