Not that I'm aware of. Although the DVC resorts will all have kiosks and have the ability to tour some of the villas. The one at Saratoga is a dedicated building with replicas of Copper Creek and Riviera rooms. My daughter said she had a presentation at BWV. Is there a preview center there?
They have a 1 Bedroom at BWV on the Boardwalk that DVC uses to show people. As far as I know it is a permanent DVC showroom. My daughter said she had a presentation at BWV. Is there a preview center there?
Some resorts just use a regular room that’s set aside for that purpose, others have a “permanently” dedicated room. CCV has both: the preview cabin looks just like any of the other cabins and could easily be rented by just picking up the sign, while the preview room is a 2BR lock-off with a glass door rather than a normal entry door. Some people say they use the same rooms at PVB, but I’m (almost) certain I’ve been in more than one bungalow, and I know last time we were there the CM giving the tour had to ask another CM what studio they were currently using for previews. They have a 1 Bedroom at BWV on the Boardwalk that DVC uses to show people. My question is why you ask?Are the DVC preview centers open or are sales presentations done virtually only?
The smaller ones, like BRV and VGC don’t, because they don't want to tie up what is already limited inventory. There is one in AKL Jambo, one BR/Studio lock off if I recall correctly. We were just there last week and stopped in briefly (already own at AKL) The salesman said every resort has a model now but he actually didn't seem extremely knowledgeable so he might have given erroneous info.
That’s exactly what RIV has; and it’s definitely open with a staff kiosk just a few steps away.while the preview room is a 2BR lock-off with a glass door rather than a normal entry door
There is a model on the boardwalk that you can visit and there are "Guides" that staff it.My daughter said she had a presentation at BWV. Is there a preview center there?
No but if you go to the RIV and one is vacant they will let you tour it if you ask a Guide at the kiosk. We did this in Nov. it was nice but very small. Felt like a hotel room in NYC.Do they happen to have a model of a Rivera tower studio anywhere?
I had a room in NYC years ago that was so small, you would literally hit the wall falling out of either side of the bed...No but if you go to the RIV and one is vacant they will let you tour it if you ask a Guide at the kiosk. Been staying in NYC 1-2x month for the past year - All DVC rooms look good to me now.I had a room in NYC years ago that was so small, you would literally hit the wall falling out of either side of the bed...

The Hilton Midtown at 6th and 53rd, once you get past it being a big, giant, ugly, monstrosity, actually has pretty good sized rooms. My sister lives uptown in Inwood Park by the GWB, but if I need to be downtown or in Brooklyn, I've grabbed a room there out of convenience to avoid the LOOOOOONG ride on the A Train all the way up to 207th. If a bed is what you're looking for in a reasonably convenient location, it serves its purpose.Been staying in NYC 1-2x month for the past year - All DVC rooms look good to me now.
