Prevented From Fantasmic Dinner on Easter?

Arriving WDW at 3:00 on Easter Sunday and have pre-paid MGM PS for 4:30 Fantasmic Dinner. If the park is really crowded and they close it, will I still be able to get in or at least get a refund?

If the park reaches capacity and is closed to new guests you will not be let in. I do not know if you will be refunded. However, there are four levels of capacity so it would help if you would tell us where you will be staying, or if you will have an annual pass.

I may be wrong, but I believe that if you are a WDW resort guest you are guaranteed to get into the parks even if they are at capacity. If you're staying off property is where I think you'll have a problem.

I've read that several times here on the Dis...never experienced this first hand.

I would think you would at least get a refund. Not fair if they just keep your money.

By staying onsite, you are guaranteed admission to A PARK, not necessarily the one of your choice. For example, if MK is full, they may direct you to Epcot.

Someone asked this question around Christmas and they said if you cannot get in to go to guest relations and they will give you a refund. I don't think MGM closes too often and usually a closed park reopens later in the day as people leave.

Are you flying in? I'd be more concerned about a delayed flight.
