I chose the Plaza, because that seemed the most relaxed. But if you were looking forward to Ohana, that is a great choice, too. Especially, if you are on the dining plan. Otherwise, it is a little expensive for me.
The only thing that I would not do is give up that CP breakfast. Don't do it! Getting into the park early is gold. And it will make it easier to leave when it gets hot later in the afternoon. You will have already had some wonderful touring time, so if the little ones are tired it will be no big deal!
