Prestige Town Car question

Has anyone used Prestige Town Car service? I would like to book them, as they are the cheapest sevice available. Opinions please.

We used them in January. They were great--on time, friendly, professional, helped with the luggage, safe driver, free 30 minute grocery stop and only $80.00 r/t (and that includes all WDW resorts, including the MK resorts which most of the other town car companies charge extra for). When I was researching them,I got back alot of glowing reports and the two drivers mentioned most were Rafael and Ray. I didn't get either one, but the driver we did get was very nice (sorry I forgot his name , but he was Brazilian). I found out later that Rafael is the owner (as well as a driver at times).

We used them for our trip, and they were great. Thaddeus (sp?) was our drive for both our arrival and departure trips. I would recommend them.

I've booked them for our March trip based on the good reviews on this site. I had to call and make some changes--odd request changes. Turns out my sister will be in Orlando for a conference when we go. I wanted to see if they could pick her up at her hotel after they pick us up at the airport. I still wanted a grocery stop too. And she's leaving a few days before us and needs a ride back to the airport. Could they do it? Yes! I spoke to Rafael and he was very nice and sent me a confirmation email with the changes. I have a feeling this will be our towncar company from now on. But I'll have to wait and see after our trip.

Does anyone know if they offer transportation from WDW to Universal, & if so what the cost is? Also, do they offer 1 way transportation or just round trip? I couldn't find that info. on their web site. Thanks!

I know they offer one way transportation and I do believe they will pick you up at your WDW hotel and drive you to USO. They don't list that price, so you'd have to call and get a quote.

Used them for our Feb 04 trip... they were on time, grocery stop was great and they even brought the exact booster seat we had asked for (ok, I'm a paranoid mom).. I have them booked for our May trip and can't wait!

It was a large towncar of some sort. Very nice, very clean and very roomy. We had 3 large suitcases and a large cooler and it all fit
