Prestige, Cartier or FL Tours ???

I've gotten myself a little confused reading all the threads about which towncar service is the best. So far I have not seen too much about either Prestige or Cartier. As for FL tours I've read a few disappointing posts but read more positive reviews than negative. Besides, I can't imagine the DIS would reccomend a sloppy towncar service even if they are a sponser. I really don't want to get stood-up at the airport as some have reported happening. I've elimated a few such as Happy & Tiffinay because of bad reports. If anyone can help me decide on the best of these 3 I would really appreciate it because my trip is coming real soon and I need to reserve a towncar asap! TIA All !

I have used Cartier a couple years ago and was very happy with them, I just used Quicksilver in Oct and was very happy with them too!.

I wouldn't use Prestige. I posted yesterday that they were a no show for us. I called the 800# when we got in because no one waiting for us, and got their voice mail, tell us to leave a message. I left a message saying we were at the airport looking for our driver, left our confirmation # and cell phone #. Waited a few minutes, then called back same thing, voice mail.
To this day we are back home and no call from Prestige!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks...I must have overlooked the Prestige thread. Thats so bad to be left in the airport waiting! It's exactly what I want to avoid. There's no excuse for a company to do that. With the type of service they are providing they should have there act together!
Well, not too many replies so I guess now my decision would have to come down to FL Tours and Cartier. I really have not read one bad remark about Cartier but there weren't really that many threads about them either. On the other hand...FL Tours had a few bad comments and alot of good ones. I just hope the few people that had problems were just very isolated incidents b/c I think that's who I will choose. Thanks.

We have used fl tours and loved them. Very prompt, great drivers. And we are using them again for our next trip. Hope that makes you feel a bit better. enjoy your trip.

Allow me to defend Prestige. We used them in March and they were great. They were on time and even a little early. The driver was super. He talked to us about Disney and Florida and answered a lot of our questions. He also asked if we wanted a grocery stop. We wouldn't hesitate to go with them again.

I used Cartier just last week. This is the second time I have used them. Very nice and pleasant to deal with. We were upgraded from a towncar to a limo last week. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tiffany has new ownership-also own Prestige and two others.

I used every type of vehicle in the Cartier fleet (towncar, limo, van) and have never been the least bit disappointed. They have always been courtious and on time. They are very accomodating with us despite our missing flights due to storms in ATL (never fails)

Tiffany has new ownership-also own Prestige and two others.

If Tiffany owns Prestige and 2 others---than why are the prices different on their websites? Tiffany is at $95 for value resorts and Prestige is at $90 (which was $80 a couple of weeks back).

Just returned and my rate with Tiffany was $90. My reimbursement check was on a Prestige check and when I talked to the owner HE was the one who told me that he owned 4 companies (and a fleet of 50 cars).

I used Fl Tours last week and they were great !!!!!!!! I plan on using them again in Nov.

We used prestige for our trip in March. Our driver was Dennis. we were the first ones off the plane and he was there with a sign when we came down the escalator. He helped us with our bags and we were on our way so quickly. He was very knowledgable about Disney and was very friendly. He was there early for our check out date too. I would have no doubts about using prestige again. I was very satisfied.

I have used Cartier on all my Orlando trips. We'll be using them again in 21 days! Clean, new or newer cars, curteous drivers and prompt. I highly recommend them! Good luck!

Its Cartier all the way for us - been using them for years and cannot imagine using anyone else. I have posted this many times: these are hard working, caring folks who will sleep in their cars and wait on you if there are weather delays - and with no extra charge. Wonderful service. We had Dennis in March too! He picked us up from the Best Western. We were waiting in the lobby and it was so funny to see him pull up and then get out his car holding the sign with our name on it. We were the only people waiting there.

Thank you for all your replies. I ended up booking with a company I never even asked about. Quicksilver. After reading through alot of other threads I hadn't seen any bad reviews on them. It had come down to a decision between either Quicksilver or Cartier and I ended up with Quicksilver. I hope I made the right choice!

Blondie, I'm really not sure. I kept looking between the both of their websites and I was getting so confused on which one to pick and sort of ended up like I was doing a coin toss in my head and just chose Quicksilver. I read good posts on each. There were actually many more compliments on Cartier.So why then did I pick Quicksilver ? Well, I hadn't seen any negative reviews on Quicksilver at all. Who knows why I do the things I do! I just hope I picked a good company!!!
