Pressed penny machines?

We collect the pressed pennies throughout WDW and other places that have them. I haven't read where anyone said they have them on the ships.
I did a search and it came up empty.

When we first sailed on the Magic back in '99 they had them right outside of Treasure Ketch. They have since been taken away and I haven't seen them on either ship or in the terminal.

we have done 6
disney cruises and have never seen a coin press machine aywhere on board or at castsway cay. sorry Have a great cruise.

I wish that we got them on our first cruise. The problem with the pressed penny machines on the ship or at Castaway Cay is that you don't carry any cash with you in these places (paper money, maybe, but NEVER any change - you can't use it onboard!) so the machines are out of place in a "cashless" environment.

I did one in Key West on the Western at Ripleys Believe it or Not!

jrabbit is correct! My wife is an avid pressed penny collector. She contacted Disney and was told that the machines were pulled off the ships because of the lack of change on board. They should at least have them at the pier before embarking.
