Where can I find a list of all of the locations of the Pressed Penny machines at WDW?

Do all of the machines make the same pennies or do different machines make different looking pennies?

What is the cost of the pressed pennies? Does it in fact cost a penny?

I don't know if there is a list, but all the machines make different pennies and it costs 51 cents. There are a few pressed quarter machines that cost more.

I think each machine has 3 different designs and each machine has a different set. They are .51 and all over the place.

For most of the penny locations, you insert the penny you want pressed and two quarters.

Make sure and prep your pennies. One of the sites I visited recommended using pennies made in 1982 and back. Something about the metal content made them press better. And they recommended using ketchup to clean the pennies before you go. The ketchup worked like a charm. I tried vinegar and it didn't clean them at all.

Also, I found a little binder at Hobby Lobby ($4.99) that has 6 sleeves per page and 10 pages that I'll be using to keep our pressed pennies. The ones in the photo are just old yucky ones I found laying around, before we knew about the pre 1982 rule and the cleaning procedure.

The coin press locations can be found on the My Disney Experience app. Either search for Coin Press or go to the guest services tab and then filter for coin pressed machines.

We just went through our penny jar at home. It was pretty easy to find what we needed. They do feel different than the newer ones. After about 10, I could tell when I picked up the pre 1982 ones.

They also sell cute books similar to this in the parks specifically for pressed coins.

Pintrest has several people that have tracking logs and/or checklists with locations, types, and cost so that you can you track the ones you have already been to or want to get as well. We usually print one for each park and Disney Springs.
