Press Coverage?

I was just wondering, how many people have tried to raise press coverage, about the closure? I am in the process of emailing a whole load of British papers and press, but wanted to know if anyone else has done, or is doing, something similar? I think one of the best ways to get Disney to sit up and take notice is to get the story in the media as much as possible, in as many places as possible. They rely heavily on a good public image, so if we can get this to hit the world news, even if it's in the back pages of a supplement, we might provoke some kind of response.

Good work on sending out letters/e-mails to the press that you are familiar with in an effort to save vmk. Thousands of fellow players have been doing the same and lots of coverage has been given to this sad closure.

There is a summary of press that we are aware of being kept here and if you would like your letter added to the list so others can read it (possibly for ideas for their own letters), post it and I will link it to this summary thread. Also, if you have not seen them, there are petitions at savevmk.com and savevmktoday.com, as well as a demonstration being planned at DLR that you can read about here.
