President's Week vs. week after Easter

We can either go President's Week 2015 or Saturday through Wednesday Easter weekend 2015. We have more flexibility Presidents week, could do 5 nights, but only 4 nights the Easter week due to family schedules. Don't mind the cooler weather in February...but flying out of NY might be more difficult. Any suggestions? Will the crowds be comparable? Especially because of Mardi Gras falling during President's week. We went Easter weekend Saturday through Thursday in 2012 and didn't find the crowds too bad...I think many people leave after Easter. Traveling with a 2 year old and 5 year old...so 4 nights might be enough.
