President's Week+ Mardi Gras 2012 = crazy??

Hello all!

We are planning our first Orlando trip for next February.......will Mardi Gras increase the park crowds during President's week by a ton???

What would be the best days during the week to visit? We will be in the area from Feb. 9-26th, but plan on hitting Disney during the first week and then thought Universal during our second week.....maybe Wed-Fri?

Where should our expectations lie?

This past weekend was very busy at all the local parks. I heard the MK was jammed on Saturday as well as IOA. The Studios didn't seem too terribly busy to me Saturday night for the parade and concert. If you're going over the weekend, the crowds will be pretty thick.

We actually plan on avoiding Sat-Mon altogether at these parks.....either using this weekend to take a side trip to Busch Gardens and tour Raymond James Stadium(DH is a huge Bucs fan). Or we may just relax at our condo and hit the malls!
