President's Week Availability

I am not complaining, since I was able to get all the ADRs that I wanted, but why is there so much availability that week? I went nuts on 10/27 getting my reservations, and then on the 28th getting up so early to try and snag CRT online. Now checking every once in a while online I see that CRT is still available for breakfast almost every day that week, along with some other great resrvations.

I thought this week would be crazy down there, and I am really surprised. Any idea on what is going on? Just curious to know what I should expect while I am there.

I think many people aren't aware that Disney changed back to 180 days for ADR's. I bet once the 90 day mark hits you'll see less availability.

Also yes expect large crowds while you are there! It's always crowded that week! We've been several times.

We always went in the beginning of March, but now that my daughter started kindergarten, I kind of have to take her when school is out. I always thought it would be packed that week, but since the weather is nicer I don't mind it so much. It makes sense that people didn't realize about the switch over.
