Presidents/Mardi Gras Week

We are coming February 18-24. I booked at my 11 month window because we wanted a grand villa. Yay we got what we wanted!!! Now that we have made our reservations my DH has decided he wants the DXDP. The other people in our room would like just the DDP and my DH wants to have nothing to do with the DDP. We prefer to take a break and sit down and relax for our meals. So now I'm calling and trying to get our room split. 2 studios and 1 1BR. This is a very busy week and needless to say I can't get the rooms all at the same place unless we stay at SSR and I don't want to stay there. We have the TIW card but DH insist he wants the DXDP. I think he will just have to do without. What do you think?

Do you feel comfortable compromising your husband's vacation, and yours, because someone else wants to....Cheap out? LOL I'd explain that you got the room, they need to compromise. Use your chrisma.

In the future and this time as well. Choose your husband over everyone and everything else. He's looking out for you as well. Friendly advice from a husband. We don't always feel like we're "in the circle" and we need that.

If you don't change to separate rooms, you'll all have to get the same dining plan for the entire length of stay. So your husband gets to stay home so you don't have to listen to him whine. He can eat anywhere he likes while he is at home.

But if you get separate rooms, technically, they should be separate reservations so you can get the DxDP and your guests in the other villas get whatever plan they want.
