How bad are crowds for President's day? We went to WDW for Mardi Gras the beginning of March this year and it was great! But it falls during the same week as PD next year. I'm thinking that will equal disaster?? Is it just bad that weekend or all week?

Thoughts? Might just wait and do spring break, at least the kids will have an entire week off. Or maybe we will just pull them out the first week in March. Ugh!! Decisions!

The worst typically is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of President's Day weekend. Lots of locals visit, particularly since Seasonal Passes are typically not blocked out. I was at Epcot this year on the Saturday of President's Day Weekend. It was crowded, but it was not too bad, definitely manageable. I found that the A, B, and C attractions still had relatively minimal wait times. Fastpass + can be your friend on busy days and make the experience a lot smoother. Spring Break might be worse, just depends which week you would be going. Disney anticipates March 28 to April 10 to be very busy for 2015 since those are the Seasonal Pass block out dates.

We went two years ago when presidents day week and Mardi Gras were the same week. I must say it was the least enjoyable trip we have ever had crowd size wise. Easter week was not even as busy as that week. Of course we found ways to enjoy ourselves but the waits were very long and it was very busy. We will never go that week again. Our kids are out of school presidents day week thats why we went that week.

FYI... Some states in New England the schools have President's Week off.
