Preschool Time online

Does anyone use Preschool Time online?? We have had it for a few months and there has been nothing but problems since the trail period is over. It was down for a few days 2 months ago and we couldnt access it at all and since then we cant get any new games. Its stuck on V and 11 and the view from you. I was told to delete all my temp files and clear my cookies and I did but it still wont advance... i feel like I am wasting my $$ because even though she loves it, she is so bored with the same games that she wont play it anymore. Any ideas how to fix it?

We cancelled for the same reasons. I also felt that my son had just as much fun playing with the free games on playhousedisney.com. We may give it another try in the winter when they get kinks worked out and we aren't outside as much.

It seems to be working right now but at least I have a number to reach techincal service for the next time
