Prepping the turkey is just plain gross.

Last night pulling the 2 giblet bags out of the turkey, then doing the rinse, drain, pat, rinse, drain and pat having to stick your hand inside and feel the rib bones or whatever. Then doing it again this morning before putting it in the liquid brine we bought at Williams Sonoma. Ugh it just makes me gag.

But the payoff is soooo worth it!!!
