Prepay parking ?

Does anyone know if the prepay parking is up and running since Irma hurricane went through?

When we sailed 4 weeks ago, it was't an option, we paid as we pulled into park that morning.
It took 20 seconds, there was a man standing there and swiping your CC, it was super quick.

If you are referring to PC yes, you can use it. I always prepay online usually months in advance and when we go there they just took our paper, and crossed it off a list. I have never had to use the machine there has always been someone there to do it for me. We sailed on 9/30/17.

We were on that cruise and tried to prepay and we weren't able, weird.

I prepaid the parking in July. (I always do it well in advance) @lorimay when did you try? Maybe it was too close? Maybe they sold out of prepaid spots? I have to say that was the busiest I have ever seen that parking garage. Usually we get there an it is empty, and we have our pick of spots. We got there this time at 11 and had to search for a spot to park. They did have a great FRR for that cruise so there may have been a lot of locals.

No discount. For me it is one less thing I have to worry about that day. All I do is either print the confirmation with the bar code, or hand them my cell phone to scan.

Yes! It was crazy, we pulled in at 10:30 and it took forever to get the DCL gate for entry. Yes, we got a really great rate, we booked the cruise in July and I must have looked a little less than a month before.
Usually when we get to the parking garage at 1030, we can get a spot easily. This time we went up to the 3rd level. My husband likes the preferred parking in the lot right in front of luggage drop off, but I didn't want to leave my car out because I was worried if we got another storm.

We had gotten there and the lady checking us at the first check point told us to take our luggage into the garage that there were porters there at the skyway crossing. I told DH ignore her and double park with cash in your hand. He didn't and when we dragged our luggage to the ID check, there were no porters. They stop working the garage at 9:30. We had to drag our luggage across the sky bridge, back down to the ground level, find a porter and then go back inside to go to security. We were one of about 3 dozen people lined up with all their luggage. So many of us complained the Disney cast member sent someone running to tell her to STOP telling people not to see the porters.

I like the garage - keeps the car out of the weather. And yes, another storm was on my mind too. This has been one crazy season.

No answer about prepay parking but we arrived last February around 10:30 and parked on the level with the skyway crossing. There was a porter we just had to wait a few minutes as there was only one porter and there was a delay between him dropping off and returning with the cart. Next time I will use the porters in front of the terminal building.

FYI I was trying to do this on my Ipad and was unsuccessful. I was able to do it on the computer. Not sure what the issue was, but I'm booked now. Thanks for all you help.

I prepay to avoid price increases like the one that took effect Nov. 1. The online payment site was down for a few days (due to Irma, it said) but it is back up and running now.
