Preorder photopass? When does it activate?

I am going to WDW next week, but my friend got there today. I preordered the Photopass CD this morning, but she had already gotten photos taken. Does anyone know if those will not be included on the CD since they were taken before 10:30 when I actually clicked to purchase...
AND, I have not gotten the confirmation email yet, and it is now closer to 11:30 am... does anyone know if no photos before the confirmation is sent will be included.... or if I am freaking out for no reason, and that any pics taken today will be included since it was purchased today????

The photos taken prior to your order will NOT be included. Tell your friend to stop using that card and get a new one asap. You will be able to add the new pics, but if she wants any pics from the original card she will have to buy them.
