Premiums during peak seasons?

Can anyone tell us about the premium being charged on certain meals and dining experiences during peak seasons from:
November 22-November 29,2008
December 16,2008- Jamuary 3,2009
April 5-April 18,2009
May 24-July 11,2009

How much of an increase will we see? Is there an internet site where we can view the additional price list?

$4-$5 for adults and $2-$3 for kids.

I didn't see what the price difference was, more searching there would probably turn that up. What the PP said about the increase is what I remember it being when we went in June.
