Premium magic bands

Hi I am from the UK and had ordered and paid for the premium magic bands which we were to pick up at check in. Obviously our reservation has been cancelled I am unsure whether our bands will be waiting for us (August2021 hopefully) or whether we can get a refund. I have spoken to member services but they couldn’t help. Any ideas thanks?

I would email guest services and request a refund. We live in the US and purchased for put trip, of course they delivered them to our house, so they are ours now. We will use them for a future trip.
