Premium dining plan meal question

I'm sure tht this has been covered somewhere else, but I can't find the answer. Does a table service meal on the premuim plan consist of a beverage, entree, and dessert? I know that it used to have an appetizer, but that is long gone, right?

Both the Deluxe dining plan and the Premium plan include appetizer, entree, dessert and you get 3 meals a day that can all be TS meals. The Basic plan includes 1 CS meal and 1 TS meal-the TS meal on the Basic plan DOES NOT include the appetizer, only entree and dessert.

The premium plan also includes water craft, golfing, Cirque tickets, some tours, childcare, etc. Also some DTD restaurants like Rainforest, Fultons, etc. accept this plan.

Same sort of question...We have the deluxe dining for a trip in April and want to know if you are allowed to choose a soup or salad instead of an appetizer...?
