We bought them in Dec. could have sworn they were advertising 20% discounts on purchases. Getting static from clerks saying straight 10%. Who's right and if 20% who do you take it up with?

The 20% PAP merchandise discount ended 12/31/2012. As of 1/1/2013, the merchandise discount is 10% for both the AP and PAP.

Changed to 10% on 12/21/12 effective 1/1/13.
