Premiere outlets near Disney

I saw a Disney Store listed in the Premiere Outlet's website. It did not give anymore information. Since this is so close to WDW we were thinking of stopping by. What kinds of bargains have any of you found at this store? Is it worth it to go?

I visited this store this week. I personally didn't find anything at this store, but they do have a nice variety of things. A lot of it is dated things, 2004, 2005, etc. They do have some clothes, mainly golf shirts for men, and some pjs for women. They have a few Christmas tree ornaments for the resorts. They don't have a huge selection. What I would suggest is just to run in there before you go to DW and see what they have and then shop at the parks. That way you'll know if they have what you want before you spend $ in the parks.

It is called Character Premiere and is at the Premiere outlets which are about a five minute drive from DTD. It is basically a closeout store. There are some toys, candy, etc., but most of that stuff is about the same price you would pay at any of the WDW stores. The best bargains are the clothes.

The store you're thinking of is Character Premier at the Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue. It's one of 4 Disney outlet stores in the WDW area.

Keep in mind that one of the outlets at Prime(former Belz) is now closed. They are tearing down the building and will re-build and then re-open when complete.

clothes are probably the best deal. On our last trip I purchased two matching Stitch tees for my kids for $5/ea. I also got some ornaments and my daughter had fun with the $1 bins. I ordered a pal mickey and had it shipped to my home for less than $25 ($13.99 + shipping)...a bargain cosidering the price tag underneth said $55. You can get some really good deals but there are plenty of full price items in there to throw you off. DTD has a $10 corner or ally...something like that...and I found some of my best deals in the 4 for $10 section (reg. $12 ornaments...reg $10 scrapbooking kits).

If you plan on going to UA or IOA, they have a outlet store that has phenomenal deals. We purchased all our souvineers there at the end of our last trip (sweatshirts, tees, magnets, toys, candy). Def. hit it in the beginning of your trip.

Sometimes they do offer the same merchandise as WDW and DTD. We had shopped at the sports store on Main St (don't remember the name) and Team Mickey in DTD. My DH saw an ESPN Baseball Tonight jersey that he LOVED! But...it was $49 at both stores. Nope. Not paying that. Well, low and behold, we stopped by the Premier outlet and guess what they had? The exact same jersey for $12.99! Woo hoo!

We've bought several things at the outlets over the years. Sometimes we come out with lots, many times nothing. Just depends on the merchandise offered when you go.

But its so much fun shopping!
