premier pass upgrade at Disneyland?

I have a premium WDW AP (valid until Dec 2014).

Q1. Does anyone know if I can upgrade the premium WDW pass to a premier AP when I visit DL in June?

Q2. I purchased a voucher for a deluxe DVC DL AP (which is waiting at will call). I was wondering if that could be applied toward the upgrade?

You should be able to do one or the other, but not both.

Q1. Yes, It will expire the same date as your WDW PAP.

Q2. You should be able to do that.

I don't believe DL price bridges, so you will get credit for what you paid for it.

I did this once

You can upgrade, but you get credit for what you paid for your DL AP. Not the current rate.
