We are looking to stay here the night before our trip to Barcelona as we have a 6.00 flight.

Can anyone tell me if there is a footpath so we can walk from the hotel to North Terminal or do we have to use a shuttle service of some sort and if so what time does it start?

TIA

I'm sure we saw people walking ( couple of years ago)- not sure how suitable for children though, I can remember thinking I'd walk it if weather wasn't bad etc.

The new one is right next to the Sofitel and is meant to be literally next to the North Terminal entrance. :)

Thanks; That's what I was hopeing would be the answer.

We are booked to stay at the new one in 2 weeks & have been assured it is no more than a 2 min walk to north terminal.

We stayed there last month and it was literally across the road from the terminal entrance (an easy road to cross). There are either lifts or a moving walkway up to the departures where you can also get the shuttle to the south terminal/train station

That's for this, it sounds like the way to go, just need to get a good offer on groupon.
