Premier AP -- one express use for each ride after 4 pm?

We had these passes some five years ago and they did not limit you to one use for each attraction per day after 4 pm. In fact they rarely scanned our passes and many times they didn't scan properly. What is the current practice? We typically arrived at about 3:15 to begin our day. Thanks!!

Once per attraction and the passes are scanned at each queue entrance.
