Has anyone cruised while pregnant? I will be 4 mo when we go. I am not usually one to get motion sickness, but I don't know about a cruise. All of the food really does sound good to me.

I cruised in 2001 while pregnant, on the very last possible cruise that Disney would allow because of the # of weeks pregnant. It was wonderful. I didn't get sick (and I'm prone to motion sickness) and felt great throughout the entire cruise. There aren't many pregnant women on the cruise, but you shouldn't feel out of place. We had fun at the clubs and on Castaway Cay. Have a great time.

We cruised RCCL in 99 with our friends, and she was 4 months pregnant. She did fine. Had a great time.

We cruised when I was in my six month in 1999 (not on Disney, though). It was one of my favorite cruises! I didn't get motion sick (although I had looked for ginger pills that I read about before going -- couldn't find them and figured ginger ale would have to do). The food was wonderful and I had a voracious appetite! And we met and talked to more people than ever before. So many people struck up conversations asking about the pregancy and the trip, etc. My husband and I had a wonderful trip!

I was 6 months when I sailed to Bermuda in 96'...it was great. The first night more than half the ship was seasick (deserted dining room). However, my husband and I were there enjoying the spoils! I love looking at the pics of me on the beach looking "whaleish". I tell my son he was a world traveler even before birth (he thinks it's neat). Good luck, have fun!

We went in October when I was about 22 weeks pregnant. I had no problem with motion sickness and I felt absolutely great the whole time.

The best part was snorkeling at Castaway Cay. Right around 4 or 5 months is when it starts getting uncomfortable to sleep on my tummy so to be able to lay face down in the water was heavenly! It was just so relaxing and I snorkeled around for over an hour just enjoying floating on my stomach.

The food is great and it is so much fun to eat as much as you want and not feel guilty about it (after all...you're eating for two!)

You're going to have a great time!
