Pregnant at Disney. eek! I will be 7 months along....what do I do?.

Love it and enjoy it!

I went last year at 7.5 months pregnant. We did everything short of the mountains and other coaster type rides. We didn't have really any issues. Ask for help if you need it! It got really, unseasonably, hot a few days. It caught up to me once or twice. We asked for help and the CMs were awesome about getting me to AC and getting water to drink.

I also took full advantage of our DDP and that was great. Just ate my way through Disney :)

My best tip outside of the obvious of rest and drinks lots of water...bring your own pillows. I brought my pregnancy pillow with me to AKV and it was a good decision. Their beds were nice but nothing beat having my own pillow with me at 7.5 months.

My God Daughter was 6-7 months pregnant in Dec. 2014. She went to Guest service and was issued a temporary. DAS (disability access card).
That allowed her and family of 6 (4 adults 2 small children) better access to attractions. In addition, she was careful to hydrate, rest and eat during the day.
I was not aware this was available for pregnancy.

If a wheelchair will address your particular situation, a DAS will not be issued.

I went when I was 7 months pregnant last August. I had a great time. My daughter was too short to ride a lot of the bigger rides anyway, so we did a lot of stuff together while my son and husband rode the bigger rides. The only thing was that I had to take it a bit easier and drink more water. I think you will have a blast and it will be easier to do it before the baby is born.

I think you will have a great time! The weather will be nice, not too hot at all. Will be very comfortable for walking. As others have said, just take it easy and take breaks, and maybe even back to the room for afternoon naps while hubby takes the kids!

Relax and enjoy it. I went at 4 months and almost 9 months. It is a fantastic place for pg women. You can still do so much, unlike most parks where you are treated like a pariah. The water parks are very limited in what you can do. I was a little sad when my kids would go ride with my husband, but I'd find an ice cream and be fine

I went right at 29 weeks with #3. Just make sure your ob is okay with it if you are traveling out of state or far away from your doctor.. My initial NP said "No" but my ob, a disney nut herself, gave me the okay since I had no complications. I had a great time with the mindset that the trip was about the kids...and I willingly rested while they road the "bigger" rides.

Stretch a lot. And then put your feet in the hot tub at your resort at night because they will be sore. But personally, if you have the chance to move the trip up, I don't think it's a terrible idea. The weather is generally nice in November, but you're going to feel more uncomfortable than if you were only 5 or 6 months along. I went at 4.5 months and it was very nice. I did lots of Christmas shopping while my husband took our two kids on the not allowed rides. Enjoy!

I was 6 months the last time we went. You will be fine and have tons of fun. It was in the mid 90s with high humidity the entire week. We went to the parks in the AM, pool/nap in PM, and back to the parks in the evening. Honestly, I walk over 4 miles a day at home and even ran the first several months of pregnancy and was 100% fine the first 5 days of our 8 day trip. But by the end, the humidity got to my body. My hands swelled on day 5 and never went back down - until after I gave birth. I was still walking the park and doing everything but I did feel it after those initial days. I was sore. Definitely bring running/tennis shoes. Did a lot of shopping and eating.

Biggest impact - Not being able to ride some of the rides. Ones that I would have not really thought I couldn't either - like Buzz, Star Tours, Safari (although some pregnant women do still ride this one. google it) I was honestly surprised at the number of rides with pregnant restrictions. I realize there is some jostling but some of the restrictions seem overly cautious - which I do get.

Congrats! That's great news.

I'll second what others have said. Take breaks and ensure you keep hydrated. I don't believe November is hot season. (We went mid Oct last year and was perfect at low 80s so Nov should even be a bit cooler).

I would also personally avoid thrill rides (roller coaters, super fast ones), but DW has tons that are non thrills so you would still enjoy. Your girls will love it, and if you don't go now, you'll probably have to wait a bit travelling with a baby
