Has Disney said if Preferred Parking will be available in July?

What is Preferred parking?

Preferred parking is an upcharge to the regular parking charge or the free parking perk offered by the hotels when parking at the parks. We were there in July and it was indeed offered. The Preferred parking is right near the handicapped parking.

Drove past one of the parking toll plaza's just yesterday and they still list preferred parking.
