We have a reservation for a week in June in a premium site but wondering if we should go to a preferred? We will be in a 20 foot R-pod so will use the comfort stations some but also like space on our site. Thoughts?

There can be an argument made for every loop in regards to space and comfort stations. The premiums have all concrete where the preferred have a sandpad. My wife refuses sites other than premium because of tracking that stuff inside.

Preferred are closer to marina and the restaurants but 400 and 700 are arguably just as convent.

Your 20 footer will easily fit on either with plenty of room to spare.

Welcome Dain! As tiggerdad said you'd fit in any site. It would be a little cheaper in a preferred. I think the preferred being smaller are a bit shadier.

20 ft, would fit in a lot of the full hook up sites also.

We all have our favorites. The good news is, your RV will fit anywhere. My preference is a Preferred site. Simply due to the location. I love being able to walk over to the Settlement Trading Post or to the boat dock. The Settlement internal bus stop is also an easy walk. The sites are essentially the same as a Full site. Not overly spacious, but certainly big enough for your R-Pod. Take a look at the map below. Get an idea what is important to your family (being close to the pool, close to transportation, close to the marina and boats) and see what loops look promising. If you want a larger site, I think the Partial and Full sites seem to have more space between sites. A lot depends on the specific site though. When I get home this evening, I'll post some pics of my sites in the 100 loop. There are lots of pics HERE to get an idea what the different loops and sites look like.

Hey Dain,
We just bought an r pod. We are going June 2018. Are you on the r-pod owners FB page? there are MANY members and meet ups.

That is like asking Coke or Pepsi, Ford or Chevy...... We have stayed in both and both have pluses, minuses, but in the end we are at Disney and it is all good. We had more space on our premium site but the preferred was nice also. We booked a premium again this year.

Chris, you know better than this...

Chevy, duh. :teacher:

The Ford kids are loud but you're just trying to provoke them. I have half a mind to RA you.

PS - for a small rig like an r-pod or my Aliner, a Premium is overkill. You'll be fine with a Preferred or Full campsite. But if the OP wants a lot of open space, the Premium does deliver.

Premium sites are very spacious in regards to an R-Pod, that is a very good point.

Oh, and that leaves you plenty of room to work on the Chevy so you can make it back home.

And I drink Coke

The above map is a little out dated. Loop 2100 is now a full hook-up loop. Just thought I would through that out there.

I was looking for my map to post, found everything in my packet but the map.
