Just wondering if anyone knows if Universal typically blocks out early park admission in July for the Preferred AP? We have a Disney trip coming up this summer and were thinking about adding time at Universal on some mornings of our trip and thought the preferred AP would be the most economical way to do this. I don't think that it does.

So far, no. Only blocked out of Volcano Bay, during July, if you have a 3 park AP.

We just got back from universal a few weeks ago. We upgraded our passes to two parks preferred. We were told there were no black outs on the passes.
