it means you won't be in the Mighty Duck or Herbie sections
the other 3 are closer to the food court & buses

Standard rooms are toward the back of the resort.

Closer to food court and bus stops. We have stayed in the Toy Story section a couple of times and loved it!

Are all the rooms in Fantasia and Dalmations preferred or just some of them (not interested in Toy Story)?

All of them. Remember, you request to be or not to be in a certain section, but nothing is guaranteed.

One other question. We requested the toy story building. Are the rooms decorated with toy story or are they a generic decoration?

Decorated in Toy Story, bedspreeds and pictures on walls. So cool walking to food court in the morning and walking in and out of "Andy's Door".
