Anyone have any predictions?

I've never been before, my husband suddenly wants to go (we'd tossed the idea around earlier but never decided for sure to go) I don't want to go to wait in line 2 hours for a 5 minute haunted house...Everyone says its cool but I think we should have gone earlier in the month when lines won't be as bad.

I predict it will be crowded. There is a shuttle launch on Tuesday. The Cocoa Beach Air Show is this weekend. There will probably lots of visitors to Universal.

I went last Thursday and houses ranged from 20-75 minutes throughout the night, tonight being a peak night right before Halloween I would think 60-150 minutes would be the range.I usually go real early in the month so I consider even a 45 minute wait long,if I were going tonight I would feel the need to spring for the express pass or at least stay in the stay and scream area to get a couple of houses done early before the mobs come in.

I think it's going to be very busy tonight and tomorrow night since it's the last weekend. Sunday hopefully won't be too bad but I have Express access so it's not really a big deal. Good luck and have a great time!

OMG !!! We did HHN last night ( thursday ) and the wait times averaged 45-75 minutes!!

It took us 75 minutes to wait in line at orfanage and at zombiegeddon!

then we did the catacombs and the one that goes behind the main stage. i forgot the name...we walked in at around 7pm and left at 12:35 am and only did 4 houses and the scare zones!

next year we will either get there early or get the espress passes.

no way i will wait inline for that long anymore , but now we know

Did you do the Bill and Ted or the magician show or take time to eat or ride the rides? When we went last Thursday I was at the Stay and Scream area and went straight to the houses when they let us out,we did both shows and got to see all 8 houses and did one of them again before we left almost at 1am.Even being there early and only stopping to go to the bathroom all night I was amazed how less we were able to do than last year when we went early in the month on a weekday.Last year early in the month they even closed at midnight instead of 1am and by 10:30-11pm some of the houses even became walk-ons,this year even at 12:30am the Hallowed past house was still at 45 minutes.I'm sticking to early in the month next year,I've never paid for express and don't intend to.

This is the reason I stopped going on Thursdays and Sundays...I went on a Wed this year, and I waited at max...15-20min, and that was due to the way they were pulsing the lines(which is a whole other complaint).

I also REFUSE to spring another $40 PER ticket just for express...sorry I enjoy my hard earned $$ way to much

Last night (Friday) was actually very manageable if you got there early or did Stay & Scream. It was creepy deserted for the first couple of hours, then got progressively more packed.

The thing is, there is actually a lot of competition tonight. Two huge street parties downtown, plus every local bar seems to be doing a costume contest of some kind. There's a reason they opened tonight up to FFP holders, I think it will be busy but managable.
