Prebooking Excursions

I have sent an e-mail off to request our land excursions. What shuld I expect in return? Will I receive an e-mail with a booking number or will I just get something in the room when we arrive?

I have only done it over the phone. When I have made our reservations before we would find the information in the room.

Now when I did call this time there was a problem with the computer at the time, so I called back later to verify that I was in the system for those excursions (and I was).

If you want to check you can always call DCL and ask them to look up your information to make sure you have the excursions you requested.
