Prebooking character meet n greets

Hi all -
Cruising in November on a 4 night out of Miami on the Dream with my family of 5 and had read about pre-booking character meet n greets. My booking window opened and was able to grab some beverage tastings and Palo brunch but didn’t see any character interactions minus the princess tea. Is there a separate place where I should be looking for those outside of onboard activities on the app?

Royal gatherings are available to book at 30 days, same as your check in date. They aren't released in the staggered waves for status levels like other experiences.

Ok great news! Do you have to complete online check-in first or are they available as soon as you hit 30 days?

Based on the fact that kids club reservations (when they existed) could be booked at 30 days before online check in was complete, I expect it to be available right at midnight regardless of check in status. However, I haven't seen a confirmed answer since the Royal Gatherings returned.

We were able to pre-book our Royal Gathering meet before doing online check-in (for the Wish), so I would assume its the same for all the ships!

That’s correct - I was able to book the royal gathering while my wife was doing the online check-in. It was fast and easy.

Same for us, but I was doing the check-in while the wife was on the app booking the royal gathering. This was for the Magic.

Is the Marvels meet/greet on Dream 5 day cruise the Royal Gathering? Or will it say Marvels? Can one book both Princess and Marvel meet/greet?

The "Royal Gathering" is princesses.

Is your cruise a Marvel Day at Sea? For some reason I thought those were the only cruises with Marvel character meet &greets. But I could be wrong g. If it's a MDAS, I think there is a separate registration for a special meet, may e not available until 30 days prior.

yes. MDAS. Will the registration pop up under My plans (and then fun on ship, like booking tastings, sports simulators) at 30 days? Or, do I need to look somewhere else? thanks. 30 days this week!
