Shortened version of our itinerary

Good Morning Fellow Disers!!!!!! :rainbow: I had a great morning so far...mostly cause its Saturday!!!!! Its a beautiful day here and I am headed out pretty soon. But before I go I wanted to post our daily comings and goings. I have a really pretty version with pics and borders and times etc all laminated. However, reality is that it will not actually come to fruition. I have been reading trippies from the best planners and sure enough, plans change. :thumbsup2 But I am not a rigid plan-follower as much as I like to tweak and change and update. I am a teacher after all and that means BE FLEXIBLE. All you teachers know what I mean. ;) So without further delay......

Just a thought for you....we went to Sea World last year and rented a car from Enterprise for one day. It was like $28 with a coupon I had. They are located in a hotel about 5 miles from WDW (I can get you the name) and they will pick up up at your resort to come get the car and they will also take you back after you drop it off. It saved us a TON over a cab. I think cabs are almost $3/mile. If you want more info let me know! :thumbsup2

Phew Cathy you're going to need a holiday to get over that holiday :faint: :rotfl2: Seriously those plans look great, see you've added in the FP at MK :thumbsup2

Meeska and I are delivering your croc to you. You'll be at POR right??? PM me your reservation name so that we can leave her for you! Thanks!

I PM'd Sorul about the Croc too as I thought you could pass it on to me. But I didn't see anyone after me (that is if I made the list :confused3 ). How do you all exchange it that easy?

I just checked the list and it looks like DisneyDude is after you and he is staying at All Star Music. You have to PM him and find out what his reservation name is. Then you can send the croc over to his hotel (via our hotel front desk) with his name on it. Goofyluver PM me to make the exchange. What day to you check in...duh I forgot....Friday right??? so we can exchange in Epcot on Saturday the 24th, right?? ;)

Today was haircut day....quite an undertaking when you have 4 people who really, really, really need haircuts! :hippie: We were all looking like hippies! So DD2 got her bangs trimmed, DD3 got an allover trim, DD9 got a cute flippy cut about 1 inch (2.5 cm for you people across the Pond  ) shorter than before.

But momma.....

.....momma got a hair cut she's wanted for about 5 years now. Yep, folks, I got it all cut off. I took the current issue of Good Housekeeping (with a terrific pic of Princess Diana) with me and said....Do that! Before today my hair was a non-descript bob just above my shoulders. Now its layered and colored (two colors!) and short! :cool1: I have to get used to it but I am hoping its easier then the other style which required 20 min every morning and looked a wreck by evening.

More news to post is the bright light blue luggage :woohoo: for Mom's Day!!!Now we can start packing for real! :laundy: I am also chaperoning a school field trip next weekend so I will test it out then.

Final bit of news that was posted above is the addition of one more member to our traveling party. Fortunately I won't need to adjust any ADR's for her or make any flight ressies. I would like to introduce Felicia Von Croc. Here is a link to the thread all about the croc exchange Croc Exchange Thread So that is sooo exciting! I laugh :rotfl: at all of the pics. It kind of reminds me of my kids' school project with Flat Stanley. They read the book and make a Flat Stanley character. Then send it to someone who takes pics and sends back things from that part of the country. Its a great way to learn first hand about other places etc. Ok I am getting off topic.

So below are today's pics of the kids and I and the luggage too. (Hi Le :yay: Do you recognize me??? :rotfl: )

DD2, DD3, DD9 on the deck

Hello fellow Disers!! Today's count is 36 Days!!! :woohoo:

DD3 and the luggage. It stacks inside itself of course. Hopefully that color will be distinctive..

IMGP2496.jpg

Here is a pic from DD9 birthday at the indoor pool. We had a blast!

OK everyone have a great nite. I am going to be trying to catch up on everyone else's reports! :wizard:

Phew Cathy you're going to need a holiday to get over that holiday :faint: :rotfl2: Seriously those plans look great, see you've added in the FP at MK :thumbsup2

Jo the things to learn are that you don't have to use the FP at the time stated, just after it. And, once in that timeframe, you can obtain a 2nd FP. :thumbsup2 Thanks again for your help!

Great itinerary! And you will looooove POR! It is so beautiful.

Love the dresses and the pics of the girls, esp that last one LOL

:scared1: You are one SERIOUS PLANNER & PACKER! Even down to what you are eating for breakfest!:lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Have you seen the Mickey Head Coundown trees??? Some one on the Lime Green board came up with the idea.
When you go to swipe the LIME GREEN MICKEY Paintchip heads from Home Depot....and they dont have any:confused3 You take OTHER colors....then write the numbers on them , and stick them (with removanble glue stuff) on a door!

One person did theirs in all RED & Green when they were going Christmas time. Some one used only Pastel colors when going on Easter...yadda yadda...You get the Idea!:thumbsup2

Loving the pics and your Pre Trippie so far!! Can't believe it's so close already! How exciting! :hyper:

I suggest lunch at Universal Studios. There's a really cool 50's diner place that has great food right before you head over to Islands. Not much to ride at Seuss Landing (there's like 3 rides there), but the decor and shops are fun. You will get soaked on Rip Saw Falls in Toon Lagoon. Don't forget to check out Lost Continent too. The lines will probably be long since tha park is much more :crowded: than Universal Studios and they don't have the lovely free fast pass that Disney has. They do have a thing that's called an Express Pass that can be purchased and used at both parks, but I suggest buying it when you buy your tickets because they have limited quantities and by noon they're usually sold out.

Okay Cath...first the haircuts are adorable!!! Can I squeeze your little ones cheeks??

Second...love the luggage!

Third...I'll deliver Felicia to your hotel on the 17th...she'll be there waiting for you when you arrive!!! Don't forget to get her!

OMGOODNESS....LOVE THE 4 sets of pink crocs! My Tink has the sames ones, but I jsut couldn't DO pink, so I did red and matched my DS.:)

Everyones haircuts are great! Your haircut is lovely...report back on it's ease. It always takes a few days to get used to new do's...

The girls are goign to look so lovely dressed up like little princess'. I am so glad you found one to fit yoru oldest daughter! Can't wait to see the pictures!

And LOVE the non-black luggage. We too got new luggage for our trip and it is RED...LOVE IT!

I'm checking to see if maybe tnmomof4 would like to exchange with me before DisneyDude. We may be meeting up and she is staying at ASMu like DD.

Instead of Saturday the 24th...I think Saturday the 23rd would be better in Epcot!
