Ok, my 8 year old dd is way excited about our trip we leave on in a couple days and wants to do a trip report like she saw TyTYandMickey do. So here it is.



I'm realy excited for Disnyland!I think the best part on my last trip was getting my jessie doll.On my next trip my,Uncle,Mom,2 Bro.,and me are going. Oh if you got a dd that likes princess you, shoud take her to the Princess Fantcey Fair. Disnyland is the most fun place I'ev ever been!!!

It takes 10 hours from where I'm at to get to Disnylnd,but luckly I'll be sleepping. This will be my uncle's 1st vacation ever sence he was 13.
he's realy excited my Bro.,is realy happy to go agin. My other Bro. is realy realy excited too.

I bet your uncle will be surprised at all the changes to DLR since he's been.

My DD9 loves DLR too. We've been to Princess Fantasy Faire and think it's great. We like it even more than Pixie Hollow. The Princesses are just so nice at PFF.

So, do you like Toy Story? Have you ridden Toy Story Mania yet? It's one of our favorites. We were lucky enough to ride in before it opened to the public on a preview day and rode it 7 times! Boy, were our arms tired! Now when we go (we have AP) if the line is too long we go single rider. DD9 enjoys telling other riders her "secrets" to a higher score.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful trip. The weather here has been amazing! Yesterday it was in the low 80's at DLR (we were there!). Today looks the same and next week should be really nice as well. No rain predicted! When we were there yesterday Grizzly Rapids was back up and runnning (it was closed earlier in the week-no water) and alot of people were riding it and coming off soaking wet!

Where do you like to eat at DLR? One of our new favorites (thanks to disboards) is White Water Snacks at the Grand Californian hotel. We've eaten there the last 4 times we've been (Did I mention it's one of DD's favorites?) Let your mom know about it-it's really easy to get to-you just exit by GRR to the hotel and make a left. It's at the end of the building, overlooking the pool (sort of) and you are right next the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. If you go, be on the lookout for the calico kitty. She's really cute and sweet and loves chicken nuggets, roast beef (from French Dips), cheese sauce, and even Cheezit crackers (while waiting for our meal to be delivered.) Say hi to her for us -we just saw her yesterday.

What are your favorite rides? Are you a thrill seeker. How about your brothers? And your older sister?

Do you like being a middle child? Sometimes it's a little hard, huh? (I'm a middle kid too!)

Yes I have had a ride of Toy Story Mania.And we haven't been to any of the special restoronts.And no you did not mensin that DD's is your favorite.

KFPrincess-since we live near DLR we haven't really done any of the "special" restaurants but I've heard good things about Goofy's Kitchen and Ariel's Grotto. What's nice about White Water Snacks (WWS) at GC hotel is that it's the hotels food court and it's like a serve your self but the bring any hot food you order to your table. You can refill your sodas and when the weather is nice the outside area is perfect. Plus it doesn't seem to be very crowded. At least when we've gone.


We also like Pizza Port in TL. DD9 always wants to share the chicken fusilli with me. It's just the right amount for the both of us. At the Plaza Inn we've had dinner there a few times and they have a chicken pasta that is very similar to PP. Also really good there is the fried chicken. You could totally share it with your DM or one of your brothers or sister. Both places also let you refill your sodas (are you noticing that I really like to refill my soda?)

Would you like to know a few secrets to get a higher score on TSM? You could use them to get more than the rest of your family.

The weather next week still looks good but they are predicting a chance of rain starting on Thursday. But don't worry since the weather forecasters only seem to get it right about half the time! But just in case, bring your ponchos.

I just noticed you are leaving in 1 day-I bet you'll have a hard time sleeping tonite!

Hi, I thought about your family the other day. We (DD9, DSis, and myself) made a quick visit to DLR on Wed. My sister's birthday was on Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday) and while she did go the DLR to get her free ticket and upgraded to an AP she didn't go into the park since it was crazy crowded! So we went Wed-arrived about 4 p.m. and left just before 8 p.m.

Hope you are all having a great trip! Dress warmly for the next few days as we are expecting rain starting today (Thurs) to Sat.

Mom here . . . We got home about 9:30 last night and are feeling pretty wiped. I'm sure Kelly will be on later to update you guys. I'm going to try to figure out how to do pics so we can make this a bit more interesting.
